GO na NMB captures youth customers from their younger age; it serves them accordingly throughout their lifecycle, following their banking and financial needs.
Who is the target group for the GO na NMB Proposition?
The Youth segment are identified by age falling between 0 to 35 years. This cuts across both the youth in Formal and Inform sectors such as; Agriculture & Farming Individuals Businesses (SME'S & MSME) Corporate Schools, Universities & Colleges Bajaji's, Boda Boda's, Mama Ntilie, Machingas etc What is being offered with the Youth Proposition?The Youth Proposition adds value to the customer more than account holding. On top of existing products, the Youth Proposition carries deals and offers catering the youth demographics such as; The proposition refrains itself from creating a new product rather use the existing products and New Deals that are enticing to the youth segment. On top of existing products, below are the offerings that are the centre of Youth Proposition; Master-Boda Loan - These are loans issued for sole purpose of purchasing 2 & 3 wheelers motorcycle. These loans are for NMB customers with Mastaboda QR solution and have operated their accounts for at least 3 months Mobile Phone Insurance - An insurance cover for a Mobile Phone, which provides protection against accidental damage in the event of an accident to your mobile phone. Youth Career Management Programs - These are programs aimed to drive career growth for youth by exposing them to the professional environment with respect to their specialization Financial Literacy & Training - These are training that aim to drive financial knowledge to youth is different segments Partnership - Partnering with different associations that play a role in support youth.
